The San Francisco Police Department is calling on the public to help find a 12-year-old boy who went missing Tuesday morning.

Bedelu “Sam” Rhodes is 5-foot-8 and weighs 105 pounds, police said.

He was last seen near Everett Middle School at 450 Church Street wearing a black hoodie and black pants. He carried a blue, white and gray backpack with geometric designs.

Rhodes is considered at risk due to his age and a medical condition.

Police require that you call 911 if you see Rhodes and be prepared to provide an actual location and description.
