Shriya Pilgaonkar has MasterChef Australia ‘withdrawal symptoms’: ‘This show has given me such joy’

Actor Shriya Pilgaonkar is experiencing withdrawal symptoms after the finale of the cooking reality show MasterChef Australia season 13. Indian native Justin Narayan raised the trophy after beating Kishwar Chowdhury and Pete Campbell in the grand finale.

In her tweet, Shriya said the overall feel of the show was refreshing and exuded a positive vibe. She tweeted: “I’m already having withdrawal symptoms from @masterchefau. This show has given me so much joy. The overall vibe and energy of the contestants and judges is so refreshing and they really root for each other. ♥️ I’m going to miss it and then order random stuff to eat. 😅 #MasterChefAU #fan.”

Following his win, Justin Narayan took to Instagram and shared a photo of himself holding the MasterChef Australia Season 13 trophy. “Find people who believe in you. Self back. Go hard and hopefully you surprise yourself. Whoever is reading this, I love you,” he wrote, sharing several photos from the latest episode. Justin reportedly took home a prize money of USD 250,000 (approximately Rs 1.86 crore).

Season 13 of MasterChef Australia caused quite a stir in India as it featured Indians Depinder Chibber and Kishwar Chowdhury, who was also a finalist. Kishwar prepared various Indian and Bengali dishes that impressed the judges of the show.
